POLICIES

​Studio Policies:

  • For the safety of you and others in the studio room, late-entry after the 3 minute mark is not permitted under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before class to check in.

  • Please be on your mat at the time class starts.

  • All classes take place in a dark, candlelit room with no mirrors. Enter the room with caution. Go slow.

  • The studio room is heated, using infrared technology to 26-32 degrees Celsius.

  • You must be 18 years old or older to practice at Vibe Ten Studio

  • We only accept credit cards. We do not accept cash payments. For debit payments, please see staff at front desk.

  • We ask that all clients update their account with a credit card to ensure a contactless environment.

  • Clients will be admitted into the studio no earlier than 15 minutes before class, and must leave by 15 minutes after class ends.

  • We are strictly enforcing our cancellation + no-show policies to ensure as many people are able to flow:

  • Please remember to cancel your reservation with at least 3 hours notice to avoid a penalty. Failure to cancel at least 3 hour notice is considered a late cancellation and you will be charged a late cancellation fee in the amount of one single class.

  • If you no-show, for class pass holders, you will lose the class from your account. Those on Monthly Membership, you will be automatically charged for the no-show in the amount of one single class. 

COMPASSION POLICY

  • If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you kindly not come to the studio to ensure the health and safety of others. It is the clients responsibility to cancel early to avoid any late cancellation fees.

MASK POLICY

  • For the safety of our staff and other students, masks are required in the common areas where social distancing is harder to maintain.

  • If you wish to remove your mask, you may take class without a mask on. Please remove your mask only once you are on your mat. 

  • We encourage you to bring your own equipment and accessories, as some rentals and purchases are limited at this time:

    • Rentals: yoga mats are $4, non-slip towels are $4, bundle is $6

    • Yoga blocks and straps are available for client use. Please ensure to sanitize all equipment after use. 

CANCELLATION + NO-SHOW POLICY

Please note, if you have not checked-in 2 minutes before class, your spot will be given away to someone on the waitlist.

Cancellations

  • You must cancel your class with at least 3 hours notice prior to class start time to avoid a penalty fee. 

  • If you cancel with less than 3 hours notice, you will be automatically charged for a single class.

No-Shows

  • Single Classes, Class Packages: If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, you will charged one single class and the class will be returned to your account. 

  • Monthly Memberships: If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, you will be automatically charged for a single class to your card on file.

RETURN + REFUND POLICY

  • We do NOT offer refunds on any classes, workshops, memberships, penalty fees, retreats, apparel or merchandise.

  • We do NOT offer extensions on Single Classes, Class Packages, Workshops or select Memberships.

TRANSFERS

  • All Single Classes, 5 & 10 Class Packages, Memberships, and Workshops are non-transferable.

  • All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client, unless otherwise stated.

MEMBERSHIPS

  • Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

  • Some memberships require a signed contract. Please ensure that you read all contracts thoroughly and forward any questions you may to info@vibetenstudio.ca

  • To cancel or pause your membership, a 14-day notice is required. Please email the studio with the desired end or pause dates. 

  • Memberships can begin either on the date of purchase or the date of the first class taken. It will be outlined in the membership contract.

  • New Client Special Memberships cannot be put on hold. 

LOST + FOUND

  • Vibe Ten Studio is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio.

  • Please email the studio directly for any items you may have left behind.

HEALTH + SAFETY

Class Policies

  • 35% Reduced capacity for each class. Although we are able to operate at full capacity, we are choosing to only allow up to 10 clients per class at this time. 

  • Please place your mat down on one of the designated markers on the floor to ensure a minimum 1 foot distance between mats. Spots will not be pre-assigned and are on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Electronics are not permitted in the studio.

  • If you have a smart watch, please ensure the display is turned off for the duration of class.

  • All classes are infrared heated to 26-32 degrees Celsius, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility.

  • Instructors will not offer hands-on assists and will limit the amount they move throughout the space.

  • Equipment Cleaning: Sanitizer will be provided to disinfect your rental mat or any of your own equipment at the end of class.

  • More time between classes in order to deep clean and disinfect.

Around The Studio

  • Mask-Up in all common areas of the studio. Masks are only permitted to be taken off in the studio room once you are on your mat. 

  • Please practice social distancing where possible.

  • Hand sanitizers are located throughout the studio.

  • Showers are temporarily closed.

  • Refresh Bars: We’ve removed all high-touch amenities, except individually wrapped items to limit hand-to-hand contact.

  • Cubbies are available to store your belongings while you practice.  

  • All high-touch surfaces will be wiped down and disinfected before, during and after each class.

Do Your Part

  • If you test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of your last studio visit, please email the studio immediately, and we’ll immediately notify all potentially exposed people.

  • At Vibe Ten Studio, we adhere to all government mandated policies surrounding COVID-19.
