This comprehensive 50-hour teacher training is designed to deepen your understanding of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, two meditative and transformative practices. This training will be a deep exploration into the art and science both practices, empowering you to guide others into profound relaxation, healing, and self-awareness. Through a blend of practical experience, anatomical study, and mindfulness techniques, you'll learn how to lead profound Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra sessions that support physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
