Rooms & Amenities

All rooms are based on varying occupancy and are shared with separate beds. The room arrangement options are either double, triple, or quadruple. For private accommodations, please email vibeten.ytt@gmail.com to inquire about single room availability.

Meals

3 daily meals are included. Sansara offers creative menus which are made with love and seasonal ingredients. Fresh fish, farm-raised poultry and local produce are prepared by daily by the restaurant chef are both nourishing and scrumptious.

You will receive breakfast, lunch and dinner. Alcohol, smoothies or juice and light snacks are available at your own expense.

If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements and/or restrictions, please let us know and we will communicate this with the resort.

Airport

Sansara is located in Cambutal, Panama. The closest airport is in Panama City, at Tocumen International Airpot (PTY)
 

Traveling To The Resort

After flying in to Panama City (PTY), transportation to the resort will be arranged for you on the first day of training (Sunday Sept 29th) at no additional cost. You will be asked to share with us your flight details so that we can coordinate appropriately. We highly recommend flying in a day early and staying at one of our vetted hotels for a night to ensure you do not miss the bus to the resort. There will be one pick up time at one location (TBD) the morning of Sept 29th and we will travel together as a group to Cambutal.  Sansara is approximately 5 hours from Panama City. 

Please note, it is your responsibility to book the hotel in Panama City should you arrive earlier, as well as the transportation from the airport to your chosen hotel. Once you have booked your hotel, please let us know where you will be staying. We can support by connecting you with other students who may be staying at the same hotel or close by. We strongly encourage that you purchase travel and cancellation insurance.

We recommend flying out a day later after training (Oct 14th) and booking a hotel in Panama City. If you fly out on the last day of training, please ensure to book a flight no earlier than 6pm as we cannot ensure we will arrive back in the city before 3pm.

In Panama City, there is a quaint part called Casco Viejo where you will find artisan coffee shops and stunning architecture. It's a beautiful town to explore while staying in the city. We recommend staying at the following hotels:
