While many programs offer pre-recorded lessons and surface-level content, our training blends foundational 200-hour teacher training curriculum with deeper, practical applications that help you feel confident and capable in a teaching setting.

Students are given 1 full year access to complete the training.

We offer multiple Yoga Teacher Trainings. Our "Self-Paced 200hr" training is completely online allowing you the most flexibility to learn and grow when it fits your schedule.

Additionally, we also offer a online-hybrid training that includes the full 200-hour online course and a week trip to Panama for an intensive retreat where we put everything learned virtually into practice. For more details head to our Trainings page

If you are located in or near Toronto, ON Canada, we also offer a part-time, in-person training every other year.

One of the biggest challenges with traditional in-person trainings is the pace. There’s often so much to absorb in a short amount of time, with little space to integrate what you’re learning.

Our online training is intentionally designed to slow things down. With clear, pre-recorded lessons, you can move through the material at your own pace—revisiting concepts as needed and learning in a way that truly lands.

The curriculum weaves together written resources and video teachings to support different learning styles and keep the experience engaging, accessible, and grounded.

All of our 200-hr programs are based in Hatha and Vinyasa lineages.

For both of our 2026 trainings - 200-hr Hybrid Online/Panama Retreat training and the 200-hr Self-Paced Online training - online access begins March 1st, 2026.

For students enrolled in the Hybrid Training, all online material must be completed by August 31st, 2026. The Panama Retreat will take place September 20th-26th, 2026.

For students enrolled in the Self-Paced Online Training, you will have 1 year access from either March 1st or the day of enrollment if enrollment occurs after March 1st, 2026.

Our programs are open to practitioners of all levels. You don’t need to master advanced poses, arm balances, or inversions to enroll. If you’re curious, committed, and ready to deepen your understanding of yoga, you’re already exactly where you need to be.

For students enrolled in our Hybrid-Retreat training or any in-person trainings, specific payment plans are scheduled with separate refund policies. Please view these under each training individually.
