Merchandise & Products

All merchandise and retail products are final sale and are not refundable.

Clothing merchandise may be subject to an exchange at the Company's discretion. Items must not have been worn and product tags must remain not have been removed.

Studio Services, Late-Cancellation & No-Show Fees

All memberships, class packs, workshops, events, and specialty classes (purchase options) are final sale and are not refundable. Additional policies are assigned to each individual purchase options. Please refer to these policies in the purchase option description.

Late-cancellation and No-Show Fees are not refundable. Ever.

The studio may, at its' sole discretion, decide to credit a non-refundable amount to the member's profile account. A credit is a dollar amount of studio credit and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Teacher Trainings

Any deposit made towards a teacher training is non-refundable upon application.

Any amount of tuition paid before the specified cut-off date listed in the Training's Terms & Conditions may be refunded upon cancellation of the training.

Any amount of tuition paid after the specified cut-off date listed in the Training's Terms & Conditions is not refundable upon cancellation of the training.
