Class Types
All classes are heated to 28-32.5 degrees Celsius using state-of-the-art infrared technology, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. All classes are layered with curated playlists of tracks from various artists and genres. We use the music to drive the breath and motivate the movement. We practice in a dark, candlelit room with no mirrors to encourage an inward focus that centers around your individual practice.
The Practice
VIBE TEN'S SIGNATURE CLASS
An active, breath-centered Vinyasa experience that bridges movement, philosophy, and mindfulness.
We begin by grounding through breathwork and a dharma talk to establish awareness and intention. The body then awakens through purposeful warm-ups before flowing into dynamic sequences that build intelligently from the ground up — blending alignment, energy, and mindful language throughout.
Expect moments of pranayama, reflection, and steady challenge, all leading to a cooling descent, gentle inversions, and deep rest. We close together in sound or silence, honoring the lineage of yoga and the community it creates.

VINYASA & KIRTAN
Expect an active, breath-led Vinyasa practice to awaken both body and mind. We’ll begin with a grounding dharma talk to anchor the theme of the practice, flow through intentional movement to build strength and presence, and close with chanting and philosophy to deepen your connection beyond the mat. The Balance
VINYASA & YIN
Find harmony between strength and surrender.
This class blends a 40-minute active Vinyasa flow with a 20-minute grounding Yin cool down to explore the dualities within — effort and ease, movement and stillness, fire and calm. We build heat through breath-led sequencing to awaken energy and focus, then soften into longer, passive holds to restore balance in both body and mind.
The Balance offers a complete practice — one that honours both the dynamic and the deeply receptive aspects of Yoga, leaving you steady, centered, and whole.


The Grounding
HATHA
Root into presence and reconnect with the essence of Yoga.
Unlike a Vinyasa class, The Grounding invites you to slow down and experience the true nature of Hatha Yoga — a steady, mindful practice that balances body, breath, and mind. Through a combination of asana (posture), pranayama(breath control), and dharana (focused concentration), you’ll cultivate strength, stability, and inner stillness.
This class is designed to leave you grounded, centered, and deeply attuned to the quiet intelligence within.
The Origin
HATHA
Begin where all practice begins — at the root.
The Origin is a Level 1 Foundations class taught in a workshop-style setting designed to help you build a strong and mindful base for your yoga journey. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your alignment and understanding of asanas, this class offers the space to learn, ask questions, and grow.
Led in a brighter room and without music, The Origin encourages focus, clarity, and connection. Expect thoughtful guidance, individual attention, and the opportunity to deepen your relationship with both the practice and yourself.


The Surrender
YIN
Settle in, slow down, and soften into stillness.
The Surrender is a slow, meditative Yin Yoga practice designed to nurture the deeper layers of the body and mind. Through long-held postures and conscious breath, we gently stress the connective tissues to build resilience and strength in the joints while calming the nervous system.
This practice invites you to release resistance — to surrender into your body, your breath, and the present moment — discovering profound strength through stillness.
The Deepening
YIN

The Deepening is a Yin Yoga class taught in a workshop-style setting — no music, a brighter room, and plenty of space for reflection and inquiry. Through long-held postures and mindful stillness, you’ll be guided to release stuck energy, soften emotional build-ups, and reconnect to your inner landscape.
This practice invites a gentle yet profound surrender — a chance to listen deeply, cleanse the body and soul, and uncover what lies beneath the surface of your physical form.


The Remedy
HATHA
Yoga for the everyday body, mind, and life.
The Remedy is a workshop-style class that explores how yoga asanas can support common physical and energetic ailments — from tension and fatigue to stress and imbalance. In a brighter, music-free space, you’ll have time to slow down, ask questions, and discover how mindful movement and alignment can enhance your overall well-being.
This class is both practical and educational — an exploration of how the ancient practice of yoga can become a personal toolkit for healing and improving the quality of daily life.
The Release
ACTIVE BREATHWORK
"Just Breathe" is our Active Breath practice. This is not a yoga or movement class. Our Breathwork class consists of using a 3-part breath known as Active Breathing, Transformational Breathwork or Holotropic Breathwork.
Participants can expect changes in their mental realms, physical bodies, and emotional states during this class through the conscious control and manipulation of their breath.
Together, in a safe space, you can look forward to the release of trauma stuck in the body, increased energy, and reduced stress and anxiety.​​

The Rise is a Level 2 class designed for students ready to move beyond the fundamentals and explore more depth in their asana, breathwork, and awareness. NIDRA
Where stillness becomes the practice.
The Rest is a guided Yoga Nidra experience — a journey through conscious rest that invites the body to soften and the mind to quiet. Practiced entirely in stillness, this class moves awareness through the layers of being, allowing deep restoration and nervous system regulation.
