Class Types

All classes are heated to 28-32.5 degrees Celsius using state-of-the-art infrared technology, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. All classes are layered with curated playlists of tracks from various artists and genres. We use the music to drive the breath and motivate the movement. We practice in a dark, candlelit room with no mirrors to encourage an inward focus that centers around your individual practice.

Own Your Flow

VINYASA FLOW

Open to all levels, Own Your Flow Vinyasa is designed to help level up your yoga practice. Through verbal cuing, your instructor will guide you through a 3-part sequence series on a ladder flow, that will build you up to a moment to free flow on your own. 

We recommend attending this class if you are looking for a sweaty movement practice and are ready to be challenged.

Slow Burn

VINYASA FLOW

Slow Burn is open to all levels, however is recommended for anyone looking to build a deeper connection to their breath within movement.

You will be guided through three vinyasa sequences, each repeated for two rounds. The first round will break down the alignment in each posture. The second round, adds a little spice and ramps things up to link one-breath to one-movement. This practice will have you focus on engaging your core muscles so that you may go deeper into the poses, gearing up the mind and body for a peak posture. Slow Burn is a fully-guided class led by verbal cues.

The Remix

YOGA FUSION

Let's Get Strong

This class is a balance between muscle toning and juicy flows. 

Open to all levels. The Remix is a fully guided class, designed to target your core and build total body strength while maintaining length in the muscles and increase joint mobility. Through verbal cuing, your instructor will guide you through a yoga sequence blended with pilates-inspried and isometric movement exercises.

DEEP STRETCH FLOW

Get Aligned.
A hybrid class that blends an active practice with a yin inspired stretch to end the class. Enjoy 40 minutes of Vinyasa or Hatha flows followed by 20 minutes of passive asanas. The Yin portion of class allows the body to settle into deeper stretches after already having warmed up. This class is the perfect combination of challenging and calming. It's excellent way to end your day.

Hatha In Here

Hatha Yoga

Open to all levels. Hatha yoga will involve a set of postures and breathing techniques. These are practiced slower and with more static posture holds than a Vinyasa flow. This class provides a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to foundational alignment. Best suitable for beginners or anyone looking for a gentler flow.

Yin & Juice

YIN YOGA

Sippin' on some Yin & Juice. Unwind and fall deeply into Yin postures through breath and longer holds. Target the joints and improve range of motion as well as flexibility. Yin yoga is an excellent compliment to our "Yang" style classes such as Own Your Flow or Slow Burn, as it invites in juicy, calming energies to promote muscle tension release and deeper relaxation. Highly recommended to build a well rounded yoga practice.

Safe & Sound

SOUND HEALING & MEDIATION

Open to all levels, this Sound Bath & Meditation will have you immerse yourself into absolute zen and relaxation.  A guided meditation is offered to help draw your focus to where it is needed. Surrender and melt away as the soft sounds wrap around you creating a safe and deep space to go inward.

Triple Threat

FULL BODY FITNESS

Triple Threat is a non-yoga fitness class that focuses on building strength, stamina and endurance through high-intensity-interval-training exercises with the use minimal equipment  or body weight.

Expect to perform isometric movements, connect body and breath, and be challenged to a whole new level. â€‹

Just Breathe

ACTIVE BREATHWORK

"Just Breathe" is our Active Breath practice. This is not a yoga or movement class. Our Breathwork class consists of using a 3-part breath known as Active Breathing, Transformational Breathwork or Holotropic Breathwork. 

Participants can expect changes in their mental realms, physical bodies, and emotional states during this class through the conscious control and manipulation of their breath.

Together, in a safe space, you can look forward to the release of trauma stuck in the body, increased energy, and reduced stress and anxiety.​​

Body Break

FULL BODY FITNESS

Body Break is a non-yoga fitness class that combines standing and mat movements to enhance momentum and endurance. This versatile workout is designed for all fitness levels and uses body weight exercises, resistance bands, and blocks to help students feel toned while working at various intensities.

Level 1
Foundations

CLASSICAL HATHA

Level 1 Foundations is a welcoming yoga class designed for beginners or for those that are experiencing stiffness in the body. This class focuses on introducing you to the essential poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices that form the core of yoga. We’ll guide you through fundamental postures, helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence at a comfortable pace. With an emphasis on proper alignment and technique, Foundations is perfect for those new to yoga or looking to refresh their basics in a supportive and friendly environment.​​

Level 2
Foundations

CLASSICAL HATHA

Level 2 Foundations is for intermediate and advanced practitioners ready to deepen their asana experience. This class will help elevate and refine your alignment, expand your understanding of more complex postures, and building strength and flexibility. As we explore advanced postures, you’ll cultivate a solid foundation that supports your growth in yoga. Please be advised that this class is NOT FOR BEGINNERS. If you are new to your practice or are still experiencing stiffness in the body, please attend Level 1 Foundations for your safety and overall enjoyment. In Level 2 Foundations, you expect to enhance your skills in balance, inversions, core stability, and more. This class is perfect for those looking to push their boundaries while maintaining a focus on safe and effective practices.

Binding &
Bonding

BINDING & PARTNER ASSISTS

Binding & Bonding is a unique yoga class designed to deepen your practice through the exploration of yoga binds and the connection with others. In this class, you’ll learn various binding techniques that enhance your alignment, stability, and overall body awareness.We’ll also incorporate partner yoga, fostering trust and communication as you move together with a classmate. This collaborative approach not only enhances your physical practice but also cultivates a sense of community and connection. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this class encourages you to step out of your comfort zone and embrace the joy of shared movement. Prepare to strengthen your body, build lasting bonds, and leave with a renewed sense of connection to yourself and those around you.​​

Deepened Yin

YIN YOGA

Deepened Yin is a yin yoga class for those looking to truly deepen into their bodies and practice. Students can look forward to hands on assists and adjustments that will help inform them about their body's capabilities and progress. Unlike our Yin & Juice class, Deepened Yin is 90-minutes, is taught without music, and the lights are kept on, to ensure that full visibility is maintained for the Instructor to better assist and adjust students. Consent cards will be available to opt in or out of hands on assists, however if you are comfortable receiving them, they are highly recommended to help you deepen your understanding of your practice.
