Our newest offering at Vibe Ten Studio is a private healing session in our Zen Den! Enjoy 30 minutes of solitude while you embrace the warmth of our indoor sauna followed by an invigorating cold plunge. These sessions are completely private (although you can enjoy them with a friend) and are non-guided. Go at your own pace.

Equipped with a top-of-the-line cold plunge tub from Toronto's own, Coldture, you can always expect a chilling experience that will surely keep you revitalized. 

Our sauna will keep you toasty with temperatures that reach up to 90 degrees Celsius and will help you detoxify, leaving you feeling refreshed.

This is the perfect nervous system reset for your well-being!
